I am looking for any information on the area surrounding Brotherton park, around the time Woodslea House was built.
There is a property called Craiglands, on Spital Road. At the time of being built, around 1846, it appears to have occupied the land to the immediate west of the river Dibben. I am trying to find out who owned the land; who built the house; etc. Any pictures would be great.
